To create my product I used iMovie. Also, I used pictures along with transitions. Using the microphone button I recorded an audio and put music in it with the music note button. I followed my storyboard to help me get it in sequence. I had to make a modification to the time of each clip to make it longer. This made it possible to record everything I had to say. Before I added the audio, I checked that I had done the ducking.
My product was made successfully because I followed my storyboard. It met all of the standards including the length, audio, and how I introduced myself.

DGA Personal Digital Story- Planning
I used the storyboard to plan out the order of my pictures for my Personal Digital Story. I organized them in order from the time they each happened. They started from when we were on the road heading to Las Vegas to the end of the first day in Las Vegas. I made each transition time long enough to be able to record my story. Each picture lasted about 4 to 6 seconds and transitioned in 2 seconds. The types of transitions I chose are matched up with the type of picture. For example, for the picture centered on a tall building I inserted the open door transition. Some of the changes I made were how the pictures were displayed. If they got cut up and didn't fit on to the screen, I changed it to fit. Also, on the title page and the last page I changed the initiating text font to make it more catchy and interesting.

DGA Personal Digital Story- Design
Initially, I thought of doing my personal digital story on my childhood, my friends and I in San Antonio or on my past summer at Las Vegas. All of these ideas met the requirements of the assignment. I would be able to introduce myself clearly and creatively. On my childhood I would've done it from newborn to 12 years, and the one from my San Antonio trip on the day we went to Six Flags. I chose to do my iMovie on Las Vegas because I thought it was creative and would catch the attention of the viewers. It shows what I enjoy doing like spending time with my family and relatives. For this project I got nine pictures. It is close to the requirement of ten, but I think they clearly illustrate my personal story.

DGA Week 6 Assessment Personal Digital Story- Investigation
At first, when I was told to create an iMovie, I didn't even know how to start. I had to learn to drag and drop my pictures from my pen drive to the iMovie. Another difficulty I had was how to make the timings from one clip to other perfectly matched with the the type of transition. It was until I came to this class that I learned how to create an iMovie. I learned in class how to place the pictures in order, according to my story board. The storyboard I created was very useful because it helped me plan out how I wanted each picture to be and what I would say during that pic. I gathered pictures of one specific event in my life to tell something about myself. All pictures were about my summer at Las Vegas. Focusing on one specific, special time in my life will help me create a more clear and successful iMovie about myself.
